Der Klassiker, Rad wurde am Rücklicht hochgehoben und das Rücklicht ist abgebrochen, ein Originalersatzteil ist nicht zu bekommen über Trelock. Also nachkonstruiert. Gedruckt.
Gedruckt in: PETG Schwarz, "aus Vollmaterial" also Wände bis das Bauteil ausgefüllt ist.
Zur "einfachen" Montage, schraubt ihr einfach das Rücklicht an den 4 Schrauben unten drunter ab, dann habt ihr mehr platz, brecht das Stück im Gepäcktäger raus, dann habt ihr nur einmal ärger mit der Schraube die den Pin im Gepäckträger fixiert! :D

The classic problem: the bike gets lifted by the rear light and the light snaps off.
Trelock does not offer an original replacement part, so this pin was reverse-engineered and 3D printed.
Printed in: black PETG, printed solid (walls increased until the part is fully filled).
Installation (simple version):
Remove the rear light by undoing the four screws on the underside – this gives you more space.
Break out the remaining piece from the luggage rack.
That way you only have to deal once with the screw that fixes the pin in the rack 😄
