Parametric hardcase Insert

I needed a Insert for those Cheap hardcases you can get from Aliexpress etc.

Its parametric and Provided as a FreeCad file with a spreadsheet to enter your values
The values are

Int. Width : left to right as seen from the front
Int. Lenght: Front to back as seen from the front
Int. Height: bottom to top of the half youre making the insert for
Wallthickness: How thick your insert will be
Fillet Radius: Radius for the Fillet of the insert
Insert Tolerance: a number taken off the first 3 params for a better fit

The numbers might be inside your case, although the fillet radius will likely need to be measured.

I have provided a example picture for the case name brand cases might work

For wheight reduction I would recommend making mounting Points for all the parts and the skeletonizing it by making pockets

Update 7.3.26 : Made the Hollow also depend on the tolerance, that way the Wallthickness will actually be indipendant of the tolerance. I also added a example of a finished Insert can look like
