This is a handlebar mount for standard battery-powered bike lights with an integrated cable routing channel underneath the mount. It fits Fischer, Aldi, Lidl, etc. front lights.

The design allows cables (e.g. brake, gear) to run neatly below the light mount, keeping the handlebar setup clean and organized.

It works with many standard front lights that use the common slide-in interface found on battery bike lights.

Features

Print Settings

Recommended:

  • Layer height: 0.2 mm

  • Walls: 3–4

  • Infill: 30–40 %

  • Material: PETG recommended for outdoor durability

PLA can work but may soften in hot sunlight.

Mounting:

  • 1 × M4 screw

  • 1 × M4 nut

The screw clamps the mount around the handlebar while leaving space for the cable to run through the channel underneath. Place the nut on the bottom and the skrew on the top.

Notes
