A printed replacement for the end bracket of a clip-on roller blind. I made it when the original part on one of my blinds broke. The hook sits over the top of the window frame, so there is nothing to drill, and the roller's end cap goes onto the splined pin.

Features

  • Hook for a frame profile about 20 mm thick, with a slanted lip on the outside

  • Splined pin, Ø 9.3 mm with 8 splines and a Ø 5.3 mm centre hole, 7.25 mm long

  • Curved cut-out around the pin that leaves room for the rolled-up fabric

  • Flat 7.5 mm base plate, 16.6 mm thick overall

  • One part, 82 × 63 × 16.6 mm

Print settings

  • PLA (I used Eryone grey), 0.2 mm layers, 20 % infill

  • Flat side down, no supports, no raft

  • Printed on a Creality CR-10

Before you print

  • This part matches my blind. Compare the hook and the pin with your broken bracket first.

  • It is made for one end of the blind. If you need the other hand, mirror it in your slicer and check it against your part.

This is a remix of my own Thingiverse design "Support Rideaux Enrouleurs".
