Rat Roaster 2.0

Hi,

I took inspiration by the two makes mentioned for this make.
I made it a bit bigger and its more efficient with air output and filament use.

Hardware needed is the same as the original, but you can use longer inserts and screws now, because the holes are deeper for the M3 slots.

Designed around the following parts:

• Heater Core (110V-230V/1000w)

• Fan - 24V DC Centrifugal Fan 120mm x120mm x 32mm

• Thermistors - 100K NTC Cartridge Type

• Dual-Channel SSR

Hardware needed:

• (3) M4x4-4,5 Brass Heat Insert 

• (3) M4x8 Cap Head Bolt

• (11) M3x3 Brass Heat Insert

• (9) M3x8 Cap Head Bolt

• (2) M3x35 Cap Head Bolt

• (2) M6x12 Cap Head Bolt

• (2) M6 T-Nut for 3030 Extrusion

I hope the many pictures makes clear how it is to assemble, if not heres me trying to explain:

The case plate (blue part) gets two M3x4,5 inserts and gets glued into place
The yellow and green air distribution parts getting printed with the big area on the build plate and they get glued into place too.

Print orientation is always the flattest part on the plate.

The rest is just inserts and screws.

Because people ask about configs all the time, here is the chamber heater config (you have to tune PID manually, its best for these slow reacting PTC heaters).
