This is a fairly simple mount to hold a 40mm headlight that comes on a lot of ebikes. The tabs on the bottom break off and the whole light must be replaced. We sell bikes with lights like these where i work and this is an easy fix with the existing light rather than selling them a new one.
The mount uses the existing mounting hole on the bottom of the light with the original screw or one similar sized. Dont use a screw too long, it bottoms out and can damage the internals of the light.
Print laying down as it comes from the file, no supports needed. For strength, i will print from ABS or stronger with 0.2 layers, 4 walls and 100% infill. Less than 25mins for the print.
