Overview:

I have a Onefinity CNC (woodwork elite), Masso G3 controller, JTech 7W Pro laser and a JTech 44W laser.  I designed backing plates to mount the JTech controllers to the back of the Masso controller.  I have two versions:

1.      JTech Mounting Plate.step – This is for mounting a single JTech controller.

2.      Jtech Mount-Dual.step – This allows you to mount two JTech controllers.

When using the dual plate, I oriented each JTech controller so the wires were facing each other.  This keeps the wire mess from extending out from the Masso controller.  There is room for everything as shown in the photos.

I’ve included the step files if you want to make any modifications or adjustments.

Hardware Required:

-          M3x8 Screws (4-8): You will need four for either mount in order to attach to the Masso.  You will need an additional two when attaching the JTech controllers to the backing plate.  The JTech controller may include these screws.

-          M3x4x5 Heatset Inserts (2-4): you will need two of these for the single mount and four for the dual mount.  These are used to attach the JTech controllers to the backing plate securely.

Printing:

You can print it using any type of filament, but I just used PLA which has been working great for the past few years.  No supports required if printed in the orientation shown.
