Seba FR1 Cuff Eccentric
A replacement cuff eccentric for Seba FR1 inline skates.
I designed this part after losing the original eccentric and not wanting to wait for a replacement to arrive.
The model was created from scratch by measuring the original part and has been tested for fit on my own skates.
I’m sharing it for free in case it helps someone get back on wheels a little faster.
Material
The tested part was printed in PETG-CF.
Since this part carries cuff loads, I recommend using durable engineering materials such as:
PETG-CF
PA-CF
PA-GF
Other tough composite filaments
I do not recommend PLA.
Print Settings
0.2 mm layer height
4–5 perimeters
High infill (40–100%)
Print at 100% scale
Print in 45 deg on supports
