This a case for a spot welder bought from aliexpress (https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005007424830155.html). The welder is well made and quite powerful when used from a car battery but comes without a case, so I decided to create one.
The case consists of three parts: the bottom part, the top part, and the button-press part.
The PCB is mounted between the top and bottom parts and is secured using 3 mm screws (four pieces). These screws are threaded into the top part. If desired, you can add a heat insert to improve screw retention, but it’s also fine to screw the screws directly into the plastic.
The button-press part allows you to press the buttons and change the device settings.
PS: The photos show my name on the case, but I removed it in the shared files.
For the case I used PLA but you can use other materials as well
Because it doesnt take any particular force other than the screw I used 3 perimeters with 0.4 nozzle and 20% infill.
