A lightweight and reusable Filament Refill Spool designed for filament refills with an 82 mm inner cardboard core diameter.
The spool consists of two threaded halves, making it easy to assemble, remove and reuse with another refill.
The design includes a retaining edge that helps keep the filament refill securely positioned and prevents the cardboard core from slipping off the spool. Small filament fixing holes are also included for securing the filament end during storage or handling.
The spool has been designed with unnecessary material removed to keep it lightweight, which is especially useful when used with CFS and similar automatic filament systems. The reduced material also means faster printing and lower filament consumption.
