One-Day Design Challenge: From initial concept to fully functional parametric CAD assembly in 24 hours. This entire project was engineered and coded from scratch in a single day, showcasing rapid prototyping capabilities, iterative problem-solving, and efficient delivery of production-ready files. Proof of concept for fast-turnaround mechanical design and parametric workflow mastery.

A fully parametric, 3D-printable assembly of pneumatic telescoping stilts. Designed to demonstrate complex mechanical integration, ergonomic considerations, and parametric CAD workflows.

Key Engineering Features:

• Inverted Telescoping Piston: 3-stage pneumatic cylinder with the largest diameter tube at the top for stable load-bearing and knee-brace mounting.

• Articulated Ankle Joint: Friction ball-and-cup joint with a gold locking bolt, allowing the footplate to pivot naturally over uneven terrain.

• Ergonomic Knee Brace: Features a C-shaped padded cuff (designed via boolean cylinder slicing) with a single-strap buckle system for secure leg attachment.

• Adjustable Footplate: Dual sliding rails with a movable heel cup and toe strap to accommodate different boot sizes.

• Ground Foot Assembly: Dual-joint system ensuring the stilt remains flat on the ground regardless of the user's ankle angle.

Parametric Customization:

This model was built in OpenSCAD. By adjusting the single "overlap" variable in the source code, the stilt can be instantly resized from fully retracted to fully extended, demonstrating true parametric design capabilities.
