I designed this replacement closure strap for snapback / baseball caps after the original plastic fastener broke.
The model consists of two parts that replace the standard adjustable cap closure.
Because this part needs flexibility and durability during everyday use, it should be printed only with flexible filament such as TPU.
Dimensions in millimeters:
Rigid materials like PLA, PETG or ABS are not recommended, because they may crack or work poorly when bending and fastening the strap.
This model is intended as a repair part, allowing you to restore a damaged cap instead of replacing it.
Important:
Print this model only with TPU or similar flexible filament.
