A case for the Framework 12 mainboard, heavily inspired by a classic handheld from 1989.
The case consists of an upper and lower shell, Start/Stop buttons, A/B buttons, a D-pad, and a separate display inlay. The inlay can be printed in a greenish color to get closer to the look of the original.
To secure the top shell to the bottom shell, you will need:
6x M3 standard heat-set inserts

Longer screws up to approximately M3x18 should also fit.
The biggest missing feature is the cartridge slot. Unfortunately, I was not able to integrate it properly because the Framework mainboard is in the way. On the other hand the case can be printed laying flat on the print bed.
The original height-to-width ratio also had to be adjusted slightly to fit the mainboard without making the case unnecessarily large.
The buttons are intended to be glued in place.
The actual power button is hidden inside one of the speaker openings. It would have been nice to use the "Start" button to power on the PC, but its position is simply too far away from the mainboard's power switch.
For ventilation, there is an optional set of feet that slots into the screw holes on the back of the case. These raise the case and create enough clearance for air intake. Otherwise there will be no air intake.
Because of the different curvature of the case there a 2 seperate models for feet, one for either side.
