It's a simple Space PI X4 stand for Gridfinity system that I use on top of my Snapmaker U1 with IKEA Samla cover with Gridfinity baseplate by @zockerr (https://www.printables.com/model/1695578-snapmaker-u1-samla-gridfinity-baseplate-top). Just print two copies and it should be a good fit (for any gridfinity).
I've printed it in PETG, but I guess PLA will be also OK (or any other filament).
