A bench-top holder for Drosophila stock vials. The low-profile frame (169 × 169 × 30 mm) has a double-gyroid honeycomb floor and takes a removable cross-lattice grate with a 5 × 5 grid of 32 mm cells, holding up to 25 vials with an approx. 28 mm outer diameter (15 mL conical tubes). Vials stand in the grate cells with cork stoppers in the necks.
The vials, corks and the standard card-size (86 × 54 mm) RFID card shown in the floor pocket are references for real consumables — they are part of the model in the assembly files and drawing, but are not printable parts. The card seats in a pocket in the frame floor, inserted from behind, for labelling the tray.

Assembly Instructions
After printing, seat the Grate inside the Frame, then insert vials with their cork stoppers into the grate cells from above. To label the tray, insert a standard RFID card from behind the frame into the pocket in the floor, where it sits level with the honeycomb surface. No hardware or post-processing is required.
