Clockable Shift Knob:
... is a multi-material shift knob for the Thrustmaster TH8S, built around the official Thrustmaster adapter and design piece.
Printing instructions attached as a pdf document.
WHY "CLOCKABLE"?
The head sits on a 36-tooth spline, so you can lift it, turn it in 10° steps and drop it back until the H-pattern on top points exactly where you want it. One M5 bolt clamps everything; the spline carries the twisting load, not the bolt.

Built with GCSE DT skills: CAD modelling and assembly in Fusion 360, ergonomic design for the palm and fingers (use of anthropometric data), iterative prototyping with fit-test coupons, material selection (rigid PETG and PETG-CF vs. flexible TPU), print tolerances, and standard ISO fasteners.

FILES:
STEP and STL for every part, plus print-ready 3MF plates (Bambu Lab 3mfs, all print settings may not carry to other slicers)
