Knob gives better grip and opportunity to use 5mm Hex key.

To install it on the lead screw - you need to heat it up with tinned soldering iron or flame and then screw in the knob while holding lead screw with pliers. Lower round part of knob should melt into the thread and be fixed on it after cooling. Beware of all the parts that attached to lead screw while heating it.
