👻 Boo Bits – Modular Multi-Use Halloween Charms

Boo Bits are a collection of small Halloween-themed accessories designed to be used in more than one way.

Instead of creating a charm for a single purpose, I wanted each piece to be something you could reuse, combine and wear however you like.

Use them as:

• 🎃 Button covers

• 🕸 Hair tie accessories

• 💀 Hoodie drawstring charms

• 👻 Necklace charms

• 🕷 Bracelet beads

• 🦴 Decorative beads

• ✨ Or combine several Boo Bits together to create your own accessories

🔄 Modular by design

The idea behind Boo Bits is simple: one little print, lots of possibilities.

The same design can move from a button to a hair tie, hoodie cord, bracelet or necklace instead of being permanently tied to one accessory.

You can also mix different designs, colors and materials to build your own combinations.

🧩 Assembly

Each Boo Bit is made from three parts:

• Base – the functional part that connects to the button, cord, elastic or accessory

• Cap – fits onto the base and creates the rounded top surface

• Decorative piece – the Halloween design, such as the ghost, skull, spider or web

The decorative piece is printed separately and glued onto the cap.

This construction makes it easy to experiment with different color combinations and swap the overall look of each Boo Bit. For example, you can print the base and cap in one color and the Halloween design in another.

A small amount of glue suitable for your filament/material is enough to attach the decorative piece to the cap.

🖨 Designed for FDM printing

The pieces were designed with filament printing in mind, keeping the shapes bold enough to remain recognizable at a small scale.

The decorative elements are printed separately, so contrasting colors are easy to achieve without requiring a multi-material printer.

Scale, mix and customize them to fit your own spooky setup.
