Sometimes, the PSone LCD screen you buy from eBay will be missing its speaker grills. So here are some that you can print for yourself.
There are two versions available.
The one without screw holes is for screens that come with the original screws. Those screws won't protrude and you don't need to account for them.
If your screen is missing its screws, you can get M2x6mm screws from Amazon. Then, print the one with the screw holes since those screw heads are a bit taller and sticks out a bit.
Print two copies. One in original orientation and the other upside down.
Use black double-sided tape for phone screens if you can.
Paint the thick grill underneath with black marker pen for better final visual effects.
Stick the grill onto the shell and it should stick nicely.
