Print instructions
Using a 0.8mm nozzle and 0.5mm layer height with PRILINE CF-PC - the rigidity is enhanced.
Prusa MK3S with Volcano 0.8mm Ruby Sapphire Nozzle
Also tried with MG Chemicals PETG for a much more flexible system on an Ender 3, standard 0.4mm nozzle and 0.3mm layer height.
Posting in the development phase for others to have ideas. Able to be CNC'd / 3D printed / hand assembled.
