This is variant of https://www.instructables.com/Portable-Bluetooth-Speaker-Made-From-Scrap-Wood/.
You can follow the same guide, but instead of using battery and step up module you need step down module.
This speaker is made with 5V amplifier, but you can use 12V version (with step down converter) of even 24V version (without step down converter) if you find small enough board.
Parts & modules :
- 2 40mm speakers
- 2x3W PAM8403 Amplifier and 5V Bluetooth audio receiver
or 5V bluetooth amplifier module
- LM2596 step down module
- Switch (21mm * 15mm)
- 2x 10kOhm resistors and 2x 220nF capacitors for RC high pass filter (this is optional, it will remove frequencies under 70hz to remove some stress from speakers since they cant produce anything lower)
- optional - 1 LED for turn on indication (you will have to drill a hole for it)
Printed without supports at 100% infill. Print it with raft.
You will also need adapter for your drill battery. I made mine in dimensions for https://www.printables.com/model/243613-battery-adapter-einhell-power-x-change-general-pur adapter which fits Einhell batteries. Just glue adapter on the bottom side and match hole with your adapter. There is also v1.1 file without hole so you can drill it yourself.
