I wanted a shifter mod that looked good, stiffened up the shifter, and could also be transformed into a sequential shifter. I took a few of the other designs (links below) on thingiverse and molded it into this. I printed it but it needed quite a bit of post processing to work correctly, I redesigned the bottom and the top to use #4 machine screws and adjusted the tolerances, I have not printed it but it should be pretty good with minimal sanding.
UPDATE: I made another one of these and after sanding the bottom and slider extensively, I decided to rework these two parts. These should allow the slider to be quite a bit more durable while eliminating some more sanding. Try it and let me know.
These were the 2 items I used to remix.

Tips
-Print the slider in petg or similar filament, nylon would work best
-Everything that has over hangs needs supports
-Either flip the extension or use a brim to help adhesion
