I have the first generation Theragun Mini and love it! It came with the Standard Ball attachment which works great, but after a while I wanted to try several of the other attachments. However, the different attachment heads each sell for $20 a pop (plus shipping) which seems a little expensive…so I reversed engineered the Theragun head and attachments.

Attachment Parts Breakdown

The attachment is made from 2 parts: the Negative Head Insert and the Attachment Tool Shape which are adhered together with super glue.

Negative Head InsertAttachment Tool Shape
This is the negative part that will snap over the positive end of your Theragun. It should be printed using PETG or PLA filament to ensure this it stays firmly attached. This part that adheres to the Negative Head Insert with glue or epoxy. It should be printed using a softer & flexible TPU style filament to avoid bruising or injury.

Tool Shapes

All of the tool shapes can be printed with no support! You can vary the percentage of infill to get a firmer or softer feel. Below are my personal suggested infill density and patterns.

Tool ShapeSuggested Infill DensityInfill Pattern
Damper15%Gyroid
Large Ball20%Gyroid
Cone25%Gyroid
Thumb30%Gyroid

Boolean Tools

I included the additional shapes needed for making your own attachments. They can be found in the “Boolean Tools” folder in the model files. I will also link to my public OnShape files for people to remix and explore:
