My 15-year old Boerner (Börner) peeler broke, so I created a similar handle to work with the blade, which is still good after all this time.
Note that I did not include any of the other features of the original peeler, e.g. coring, etc. since I only use this tool to peel vegetables.
Printer settings:
- Layer height: I printed it with 0.15 mm layer height, but 0.2 mm should work without issues
- Filament: I printed it in Prusament Jet Black PETG, but PLA should work without issues
- Infill: 15%, gyroid. More infill will make the handle less flexible
- Supports: Yes, for the blade-holding parts and the holes where the blade ends go into. Regular supports were very easy to remove
