This screen mount is very easy to print and very easy to assemble. It's a total of four parts that are all friction fit together. Depending on your printer's capabilities, you may need to slightly scale parts of the model up or down to get the right fit but I found the fit to be not to hard to fit together but tight enough that it stayed together well.
For material, you can really print with whatever you like. I used PETG simply because that's my preference but PLA would be great as well.
I printed all the components using Overture Black PETG with the textured sheet. Doing this and printing the Screen Mount_Casing face down makes the face of the casing come out with that really nice looking texture.
No supports are needed for any of the components.
For full assembly you will need the following:
- 1 x Screen Mount_Casing
- I also added Screen Mount_Casing1 which is the same file but with tabs on the corners to prevent warping
- 1 x Screen Mount_Base
- 2 x Screen Mount_Support
- 4 x M3x6 screws
