Aux Cooling

Aux Cooling for Ender 3 V2/Neo, using a 5015 blower fan.
It is design to work for small objects that require short layer times, so it only covers the central area of the bed.

Two nozzles included, one for high air flow (which I'm using atm), and one for high pressure.

Print in PETG, ABS, ASA etc. (not PLA)

-0.2mm layer height, 4 perimeters, 5 top/bottom, 40% infill
-Print with supports and a brim like in the image attached.

If your nozzle distance from the bed to the bottom if the x gantry is higher than standard, print the tall nozzle parts. The nozzle distance is adjustable.

Normal Nozzles ~ 26mm distance
Tall Nozzles ~ 30mm distance

The gantry support part is optional. I haven't installed mine and I didn't have any issues.

Assembly

-Break the sacrificial bridge in the top Mount part
-Glue the three Mount parts together.
-Ensure pieces fit together before mounting. File/sand if necessary.

Hardware

Some M3 and M2 screws and nuts.

Enjoy!
