Just configure this parametric model to your needs, and off you go with a nice looking and well working french cleat system for your pliers, screwdrivers, and everything else you can stick in a hole.
Parametric Limitations
If you add additional holes, you need to check if the extrusion (step 4 in timeline) and creation of chamfers (step 7 in timeline) also applies to your new holes. If anyone knows a way to automatize this, please let me know.
