I fixed my Kushiro thermos designing a new handle/clamp.
The original part is made by plastic injected and apparently have a weak ponit between the handle and clamp.
So I separated them and joined them with a nut and bolt.
NOTE: is important to save the original axles and bolt to use them again with the printed parts.
Measure of:
Nut: M4
Bolt: M4 - 40 mm
PRINTING RECOMMENDATIONS
- The clamp need support in one place, just set the support angle at 65°.
- Print clamp with 100% infill and brim
- Handle infill with 50% it's OK
