Like many people we have some doors with warded locks which just don't look good and could be hard to operate by children, elder peolple and people with disabilities. So I decided to design this little helper.

You are free to modify it, here's a link to Tinkercad:

Notes:

DON'T PRINT THE "fully assembled" FILE! It's just for viewing purposes.

* The key enlarger should be sturdy enough with not more than 25% infill

  • Flip the design 180° before printing (opening downwards), so you won't see the residues of the removed support on the outside afterwards

    Post-Printing

  • Remove the support thoroughly so the key will fit into the casing

  • Use flat headed screws, size should be around 2,5x10mm
  • Turn!

    How I Designed This
