This is a new design that I made after IKEA discontinued the VÄXER plugs which I used in a design that I have been using for a few years years (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3584031).
The model is designed to fit the rockwool cubes snuggly while being optimized for FDM printing without any support. Print upside down as shown in attached screenshot.
Any default print profile in PrusaSlicer should be good for printing, using four perimeters/walls/shells for better strength may be desired if used with bigger plants.
