I've designed a simple case for the Heltec Wireless Paper LoRa, focusing on a slim profile. The design of the buttons was particularly challenging, as they are located beneath the battery. This issue was resolved with a special bracket. Interestingly, when using white PLA for the case, the light from the device creates a pleasant glow effect. Assembly details can be seen in the pictures.
With the recent screen issue fix in the Meshtastic app, this case becomes a viable alternative to the Heltec ESP32 V3 for those who prefer not to add anything but a battery. It's more affordable, features an elegant E-ink display, and consumes less power.
Update 01/25/24: Closing required quite a bit of strength, I made the torelance lower so it's easier to close. Also added locking on the anthena side.
