I changed the angle of the camera end of the mount to be perpendicular to the radius of the build plate. Now, the front of the camera and the front edge of the mount are parallel.
I used PETG at 0.2mm layer height and 15% Gyroid infill, but any non-flexible filament will work. I suggest Gyroid or Cubic infill, increasing the infill rate to 30% if printing with PLA. No brim or support is necessary.
After printing the remix, I made a second version that removed the printed threads from the mount and instead has a through-hole for a standard ¼"-20 by 1 ¼" mounting screw and washers as needed for proper spacing. The screw is definitely more robust than the printed threads on the original. I provided an Orca Slicer .3mf file that includes a negative modifier to create the hole. It will appear in the print preview after slicing. The .3mf will only produce the hole modifier in Orca Slicer and Bambu Studio. I have included the Orca Slicer .3mf print file I used for PETG on the V400 as well.
UPDATE 2/16/24: Added .STL file for ¼" hole option. This file will work with any slicer.
