I built a custom enclosure for my Prusa printers, and with all structural parts printed in ASA, maintaining stable conditions for ASA, ABS and similar materials is now straightforward. Using a DTC2201 temperature controller, the enclosure reaches and holds 55 °C without any issues.
This wall-mount is designed to securely install a PTC heater inside the enclosure while keeping the footprint compact and the airflow unobstructed. All parts are optimized for ASA printing and for use in a high-temperature environment.
