Improved and flat bandsaw table insert , fits Hammer N2-38, Hammer N2-35 and more with respecting dimensions.
The insert delivered with the bandsaw was neither flat or had some reasonable small clearance.
Outer diameter: 70mm with some self centering geometry. height 5mm (+0,2mm removable small knobs)
Inner diameter: 60mm, heigth 15mm.
(Partially) remove the small axial contact faces, if necessary, a chisel works well.
This model allows for a maximum tilt angle of 15°.
Print with enough perimeters, top and bottom layers. Print with upperside on bed.
Should fit Hammer N2-38, N2-35, N3800, N4400, and more like Elektra Bekum, Metabo, Record Power…
