This is a simple snap fit case for the Mister Addons SNAX (or SNAC V2) PCB. While they now come in a nice injection molded case, they originally shipped as a bare PCB. Wasn't too happy with that, and while there is another model by Retinoic, I didn't have great results trying to print it.
This model uses a single M2x6 screw and heat set threaded insert to mount the board to the bottom since the SNAX only has a single M2 sized mounting hole. If you don't have an M2 Screw or threaded insert, you can probably get away without it by being a bit more gentle when you pull or insert the HDMI and USB cable. The fit is quite snug even without being screwed down.
