The other files I could find online didn't quite fot for me so I designed my own.
These are designed for 3d printing, the solid outside rings print faster than holes in the side and only weigh ~3grams more per side while being stronger.
I would recommend Petg, abs/asa or some other impact resistant, stiff and heat resistant material. PLA might be too brittle
