To modify the file to your need, heres a quick description
Download and install Fusion360 (https://www.autodesk.com/products/fusion-360/personal)
download the .F3D file
open the file
Once open click on "Modify" and then “Change parameters”
Now change the parameters as needed (you change the “Expression” fields)
Once changed you right click on the name of the part and then on "Save as mesh"
Then you choose what file type you want the save the design as, your refinement and then hit OK
Then you name the file, choose the file location and hit save
