Thanks to PROFDM1 for the tractor.

I cut a slice from the tractor and tires and added axles for the wind turbine and swivel. 2 mm axles made of stainless steel or brass are required, I used a 5 mm long sharpened piece first in the vertical hole to make it easier to swivel. The verticalaxis fits a 10, 8 or 6 mm rod, or can be screwed onto a horizontal or vertical surface. TractorR, TractorL and the tires are glued together with CA. The rotor must rotate easily on the rod, the spinner must be firmly seated. The vertical rod must sit firmly in the verticalaxis and rotate easily in the tractor. RotorME has mouse ears for better grip on the printplate. Scale the spacer in Z in the slicer according to the required thickness.

I printed all the wind turbines with PLA. I recommend brighter PLA up to 35°C air temperature. If it is warmer or if darker filament should be used, then use PETG or better ASA.
