Meant to ease one of the biggest challenges in organization: Packing and unpacking to go somewhere. Now you can just grab exactly the gridfinity modules you need, toss them in a bag, and have a place to put them when you're done! Height…
Please let me know if you have any trouble with this! This was a first attempt there are definitely things to improve, so remixes welcome! I have not had a chance to test in different wind conditions, so YMMV! Printing: Consider adding…
Yet another SD card holder! I wanted to make it as feature packed as possible, stackable(When you add the lids) and able to store a lot in a small space. Changelog: May 17 2023: Make it 2mm taller for better stacking, make the microSD…
Holds 4 AA batteries, plus a CR2032 because there was extra space. Prints without support, filament holes shouldn't need cleanup(They are 2.2mm) but some lid files in some sizes might need some reaming on some printers. Does NOT have the…
Film can inspired mini containers. The height from bottom to the stacking surface should be about 25mm for the half height ones. M24 version: The inner space is 18.6mm around The threading on the male side is 3.5mm long, and is an M24…
These are compatible with Gridfinity, with the exception of the lack of magnets. The low center of gravity of the upside-down ones helps you hold top-heavy items. The last number in the dimensions scheme indicates the height of the extra…
Rather than being a traditional Gridfinity model, my goal here is to create a standalone piece that has as much compatibility as possible, while still being useful on its own. Kind of a proof of concept, YMMV, since it's so heavily…
Holds a Heltec Lora32 board and a battery. Does not include any outside access to any of the buttons. STEP files and permissive license provided. Everything should print on almost any printer with no supports. Things are rather carefully…
Made in FreeCAD and modified a bit in SculptGL. The one in the photo was smoothed by coating in Titebond, painted gold with a bit of black in the center for depth and to hide the glue for the pin, and sprayed with several coats of…
Could be a lid for a bin, or a decorative piece, or maybe even RPG terrain. Does not have magnet holes. Sits on a 7mm base, might be too tall to look right in some situations, but most decorative Gridfinity designs seem to have a little…
You can stack it on top of regular Gridfinity, but the base is made of 21mm sections, so you can move it in smaller steps. It might be useful for using up extra space on the edge of a drawer or box, with a 1.5 unit wide bin. Mostly, I…
This is a little 4-high storage jar that uses an M33 screw plug. The top of the lid is tapered at a slightly wider angle than the rim it goes in, to concentrate the force and give a tight seal, but they're probably not waterproof. Like…
Holds a 1x1 Gridfinity block, and also works as just a regular shelf. Mounts with a 15mm or half inch-ish velcro cable tie. Uses the same 21mm slot pattern as some of my other designs, so it should also mount to 2020 aluminum pretty nicely.
Can be printed without support! But you should probably use it on the side parts of the hinge. These use a filament latch and hinge that feels slightly looser than the standard lids. Nylon is said to be more durable, however, even old…
Compatible with any 1x1 Gridfinity Go! lid, like the 116ChunkyLid(Get it here: https://www.printables.com/model/479851-gridfinty-go-boxes-with-filament-pin-latch-update-/files). Holds 6x AAA batteries. Also check out my 4xAA holder in the…
Requires a 2x2 Lid from(https://www.printables.com/model/479851-gridfinty-go-boxes-with-filament-pin-latch-update-) Should be cleanup-free, just stick a filament piece(Preferably PETG for the pins, the model itself is fine in PLA) through…
Made for 6oz geotextile to hang as a decorative backdrop. These should allow both MOLLE straps and ½" zip ties, and the round ones should be usable with 2mm cord and paracord. Reliability I've done a few iterations, but I'm still looking…
Print them on their side, 5% Infill and 2 walls is enough. This works best on more rigid boxes. I use hot glue for these. Be careful if choking hazards are an issue, these are smaller than most prints(5 grams of plastic for a full set!).…
To be honest, I kind of feel this could be a bit better than it is, so I'm making it public domain and including STEP files, but it is still useful. Extra Materials Needed There is limited force you can really put on a printed clamp…
Meant for light weights and the typical cheap 52mm ID plates. Pretty niche design, not sure if it's useful to others, and very much a hack. Don't overload it and definitely be careful not to use it with anyone else running around who…
Not much to this one, you just put a regular screw in it and optionally cover it with some poster putty and some paint, if you don't want modern screws to be visible on your project.
Should work with any ½ inch-ish Velcro cable tie, and will probably work with Velcro straps. Actually attaching them is slightly confusing (or at least was for me), see the image for the best way I've found. The slots have 21mm in between…
Normally, you build starting from the back right. Male dovetails are on right and back sides of blocks, aside from inverted blocks that have a female where a male would normally be. Rather than decorative blocks, we just have cover plates…
In the game, one of these was stolen and illegally taken to a bad timeline, where it was sending bad things to our reality. The final puzzle was to make the dangerous journey to deactivate it. I even set up a popup canopy as a time…
May require a piece of tape over the velcro, or else the calipers will catch on it and make it annoying to insert or remove them. Fits the iGaging absolute position caliper I have, YMMV for any other types.
Uses a standard Velcro tie to hold some cables vertically. Mounts with a single #6 screw. Due to only having one screw, it can swing somewhat freely depending on screw tightness, it depends on the weight of the cables to keep everything…
Slots are 26mm wide, have 21mm of vertical distance in between them, and the centers are 44.4mm apart horizontally. There are side slots for charging cables, in case you cant to use it as a charging station or to hold a Raspberry Pi in a…
Made to help with cable management at events where you have to set up your workspace quickly. Requires cordage, plus a Velcro tie or piece of tape wrapping all the way around. Keep the scratchy side of the Velcro facing in for a grip on…
Mounts with 2 #6 screws or similar. The slots are centered 50mm apart horizontally and have 21mm of space between them vertically. This is coincidentally half of Gridfinity, but is actually meant to allow wrapping around a 20mm extrusion,…
This gives you more options for where you can attach something securely, but it doesn't really do anything without a fairly large amount of tension. It has a tiny lip to carry some of the vertical load, which should be hanging on the object.
Modular wall shelf for Gridfinity Brix(and regular Gridfinity). The bottoms of Brix bloks extend down past the base plate to store tall items. Mounts with 3 screws at 32mm spacing. Some gridfinity modules may need blue tak/poster putty to…
Pictured sitting in my 1x4 Brix Wall Shelf. The unusual hole shape is meant to keep the light centered while accommodating pocked clips, while the drain hole in the bottom is to help prevent dirt and moisture from getting trapped. Also…
Mounts with 3 screws on 64mm spacing. Note that the open bottom space of Brix means that 1x1 modules don't work well unless all spots are filled with something. Shown with the Brix Whiteboard Kit.
Fits in a Gridfinity Brix 2x4 Wall shelf. Holds the Expo eraser, spray, and pens. The spray holder is 67mm ID and requires an the adapter ring, because you might want to later use some other spray with a different adapter without…
