Print in whatever you want, PLA+ is plenty strong and add whichever 2mm T-Nut design you like the best. Align the 3 T-Nuts with the slots in the Skadis board and then spin the machine screw heads to lock them in place.
Tested with Brother E550W, should work with similar models.
