Zack Freedman's Gridfinity system features thick bases, scoops and label areas so make a system that is highly functional. These economical storage boxes trade-off functionality and aesthetics in an attempt to reduce print time, filament…
This test part is optimized so that you can print it quickly to achieve many iterations in a short period of time without wasting too much filament.
Printing I printed the bins with both 0.4 mm and 0.6 mm nozzles, both work fine. There are all variations of the bins from 1x1x1 to 7x7x10, in regular- and half-grid variations (although most are obviously untested). Recommended settings…
This is a laptop mount for vertical vesa stands. I split the model in two halves to reduce printing cost and time. It easily supports my macbook air 2020 but take caution for your laptop, your mileage may vary. I used 4 m4 screws and nuts…
I spent a long time trying to find a good way for stroring resistors but couldn't find anything that was both easily accessible and small enough to fit into my drawers upright. Each tube is 64 mm tall, so it fits in e.g. an IKEA Alex…
There are already many calibration and test parts to get rid of the stringing of your printer, but this one is optimized so that you can print it quickly to achieve many iterations in a short period of time without wasting too much…
Modular drawers, inspired by https://www.printables.com/model/72750-modular-organizer-drawers-alternative-design/files, but with all-new models of outer boxes and increased volume of drawers with a lot of changes and improvements. I tried…
Simple Logitech G502 mouse pinky rest, no need to replace any original part. Simply attach it to the bottom mouse grooves with any mild adhesive, I used sticky putty, but double sided tape should work fine, the mouse and hand weight will…
My take on a 2x1 Gridfinity bin for disposing of utility and craft knife blades. Uses roughly half the filament vs some other designs. Friction fit for 6x2mm magnets. Parametric Fusion file to tweak the magnet holes as needed. Skipping…
Updated 12-26-23 Fixed thin wall at bottom. Great bin model, but didn't want/need the magnets. So you get the extra bit of room, and a savings of about 40% time and filament. No parametric, my newbness broke it. Enjoy, and please give the…
Big size screwdriver holder, flat on the bottom and smaller body height, so it prints faster and with less filament. All credit to the original models, this is just a simple remix. --Now on correct scale/unit. --V2 has a bigger gap on the…
Introducing the Clare Embroiderer's Assistant! The Clare table stand is your third hand, giving you the fine adjustability of a handheld hoop while leaving both of your hands free to stitch. From her place clamped to the table, she brings…
DISCLAIMER: I noticed the weak point of this model is the screw in mechanism. It would be much better to merge both parts and print it in one go. Made to be as rugged as possible while also saving filament (~62g). Multiple sizes…
Economic Pocket Hole Jig remix Removed unnecessary material. Remixed from: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3643808
I liked the design of the "Roller Spool Holder" but needed to print a few of them and was short on filament, so I decided to remake one compatible with the end-caps and PVC tube used, but only about 60% of filament required (made…
Design features Affordable (~$25 for 4 units + printing time) Fully sealed Adjustable width to accommodate different containers and spools Steal Pins instead of more expensive and narrower Ball Bearings Option to not modify the original…
this a bed leveling print by pasa2004 on Thingerverse and its great and I use it always.
This print is made for testing whether you have set your bed correctly or not. The print is one layer thick and doesn't take long. Print Settings Printer Brand: Creality Printer: Ender 5 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Doesn't Matter…
Since the Alex drawers do not open fully, it is hard to reach the bins on the back of the drawers. This tray allows you to quickly remove bins on the front of the drawer, making it possible to slide the ones on the back to access them!…
Model thinking about filament economy and resistance.
Remix of the draws to add dividers if you want them, and also the outside dimension is slightly smaller so that the draw will fit into the draw container. Remix of : Economical Drawers https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1750692 Print…
Stop printing trash! Re-use your firstlayer calibration! Reduce useless material waste! 🎆 As additional get a beautiful wall decoration 🎇 File: Rolled Star - Layer Calibration → Just one single layer for a “first layer calibration” File:…
I'm working on a parametric version of this, when that is finished I will link it here. Currently I have uploaded some basic sizes. There are some other lightweight Gridfinity bin designs out there, but they don't have all the features I…
This is a Cheap Dewalt 18V Battery Holder that needs only ~15g of filament!. The batteries can be inserted from both sides and are held in place. I recommend printing it with PETG but PLA will work too! The model was made by me from the…
This is a drawer I designed for small parts like screws and electrical components for arduino It has various configurations of boxes for your needs ( with 9,6,3,2 and 1 compartments) Needs no supports 112x112x29mm inner box size takes…
Loved the economical resistor storage tubes by John Oldman ( https://www.printables.com/model/650410-economical-resistor-storage-rack )but was sad because it wasn't compatible with my existing gridfinity base. So I knocked up this base…
Nothing's wrong with the original design, it's just that the original case is somewhat costly to reprint just to closely match with the measured torque of the rotor. And that can create unnecessary waste. This model enables you to closely…
I really like JohnOldman's resistor tubes, but I needed more capacity in each tube to suit a resistor kit I have. I modified the OpenSCAD file to make some of the dimensions easier to edit and added a debossed label so I wouldn't need to…
I made this to convert my Skubb boxes into cable storage, but it can be used for anything else. I spent a fair amount of time seeing how far I can optimize these dividers to use as little material as possible. The resulting divider uses…
I guess I wasn't the only one who thought it would be great if the 3D Boaty existed in a "single seat" version that would keep the original proportions. So here it is! It still works as a good test model, is even cuter, economical in…
Printed on an i3 MK3s+ with the 0.2mm SPEED profile, gyroid infill, and auto infill combination. Do not modify the internal width/depth of the box. Instead, configure the tube pocket sizes and spacing, and the overall dimension of the box…
My printer was catching on the long, tall support in the middle of each side. I added a horizontal bar in the middle of each side to anchor it to the rest of the print and also make it overall stronger.
Here is a very very simple laptop stand that requires only 25 grams of filament. It was designed for a Lenovo T490s but it will fit many laptops around 16mm thick and is easy enough to modify in order to fit yours.

Based on the the 'Economical Resistor Storage Tubes' by John Oldman ( https://www.printables.com/model/650410-economical-resistor-storage-rack ) I wanted to have the values built into the lid as I just got a new Snap Maker U1. This set of…
Is an adaptation of the Economical Resistor Storage Rack (ERSR) to make it compatable with gridifinity This is a single unit wide and 2 units tall. I plan on making appropriate 2x2, 3x3, 4x4 unit versions but I am lazy and this works for…
I'm printing this with 2 perimeters, 2 bottom and 4 top layers, 10% cubic infill. Cost is 61g. Public domain license. ♡
Gridfinity lite - economical plain storage bins from @jake_worrell with the end cut off so you can get longer objects on a standard 256x256 printer. For example mine caps out at 6 and I needed some 7 and 8 length bins for tools and other…

The project started off as a simple “how cheap can I make a working SlimeVR tracker" and ended up turning into me trying to cram all the components into the smallest footprint I possibly could. It may not use the latest and greatest…
Easy to print, save filament Place it up or down as you like I made it with fluorescent filament so that I can see it at night in bedroom.
A comfortable wrist rest that attaches the Hyper X mouse. The green part is my other model, a dock for charging.

this keichan is very economical!
I didn't want to scratch my Notebook and also wanted to add some grip. So I quickly drafted some sleeves, wich are working reasonably well. I printed them wich TPU98A and sideways with support.
