This is a replacement for the Rokenbok forklifts - designed similar to the original but simplified and made easier to 3D print. The forks are basically identical, the mount is modified to have thicker parts and without the weird Rok clip…
Rokenbok Education published "Corner Chute (Right)" but not the Left version. Here it is!
Made this link to fix my broken Rokenbok RR415 monorail.
These are a couple of versions of the Rokenbok deck plates that can easily be 3D printed (top face down) without supports. There is an inverted waffle version and a smooth version to suit your preference and patience, as the smooth…
I used the Half Deck Plate to make a model of the full square plate. I cut the half plate into a wedge and mirrored it across the diagonals. Then I plugged up the hole in the middle.
This is meant to replace the clear plastic monorail window for Rokenbok. It's a shell design so you can either put in some sort of clear filler material, or just leave it empty. Has proven difficult to print but it's possible. Marked as…
The quarry is one of the more ubiquitous parts of the original Rokenbok system. The large gray and orange part folds closed to store all the little marble-like balls called Roks. This model does away with the side decorations the original…
Is your emergency speeder missing a decorative bar? Print instructions I found the best results were with a raft 2-3 layers and supports. I tried printing vertically but the clips just broke.
The “tall ramp” in the Rokenbok Recycling center allows the Dozer to push Roks into ground level conveyors, and even Loaders when lined up correctly. Continuing the saga of Rokenbok parts that don't have CAD/3D files available, this is an…
The Recycling Center came with yellow refresh Rokenbok Dozers and ensured that your build would always be messy with Roks and Barrels all over the floor. This model was made as a continuation of me modeling Rokenbok parts that don't have…
Made this bracket as a replacement to fix my broken Rokenbok RR415 monorail. Attaches to the rear of the main car and holds the dogbone link in. This has been strengthened where possible to eliminate breakage that typically happens to…

As Rokenbok ages, the vehicles will crack their drive and lift gears. The forklift is no exception to this. These prints are tiny! Make sure your printer and filament are dialed in before attempting. I would advise printing out of PETG…

Rokenbok Conveyor Battery Doors (Screw and Screwless Versions) I recently got a couple conveyors that were missing the battery doors so I decided to make some replacements. Keep in mind that there are two versions of the battery operated…
The idea for connecting LEGO motors to Rokenbok came from wanting a X2 to power some builds. Unfortunately they can be hard to find and when there is one available they tend to be a little pricey. LEGO power function motors tend to be…
Rokenbok 5x6 Deck Plate. Prints upside down with no supports. Model will be updated to v2 if changes are made.
Rokenbok Small Curved Deck Plate. I have a few different versions of this deck plate, 1 is for the custom small curved c-beams found here: https://makerworld.com/en/models/2420056-rokenbok-curved-beam#profileId-2654016 The other plates…
Rokenbok 7x6 deck plate. I designed this to fit snug between beams but if you want a little "wiggle" room scale it to 99% in your slicer. Only difference with v2 is the size of the deck plate is added on the bottom. Prints upside down…

I needed a curved wall piece for my Rokenbok build, but there never was one in the original parts catalog. It has locating pins but not snaps because due to the curved geometry, it can't go anywhere once installed.
Anyone that has played with Rokenbok knows that the roks and barrels end up going everywhere. Sets like the recycling center easily add to this mess. This novel part is designed to help keep loose floor roks and barrels where you want…

A generally simplified version of the long ramp part for Rokenbok. Made by taking major measurements from an original part. Some variations on dimensions on non interlocking parts and, visual elements are present, though I attempted to…
All plastic parts needed for the dump bin. Great for replacement parts. Geometry for the linkage is good, but the dump bin door link is slightly different but, it is still functional. You will need the return spring and 4 screws if you…

The Rokenbok Transgripper is one of the more unique vehicles in the line up due to its transverse clamping forks. On the earlier models these forks were permanently attached, and once broken you are out of luck. At some point the forks…
This file is designed to sit above your ROKENBOK Action Sorter or Water Tower and funnel Roks into the top.

More work on models of Rokenbok parts that don't have print optimized models. These decorative beams are fun to integrate into builds, but their green plastics seem to be overly brittle most of the time. This model upload features both…
More work on models of Rokenbok parts that aren't printable as is. These 2 and 3 way braces are probably one of the easiest parts to run out of when building large scale creations. The main problem with the existing braces is that they…
Regular Cube and novel C-Cube: In the Rokenbok system, one of the original beam types was called the C Beam. These beams only had snap pockets on the top side, with the sides being smooth. This makes them excellent for using in build…
Rokenbok Snap-In Cog and Spool, with my BV2 snap design. The easiest print orientation is with the snaps facing up, but they lose strength in this orientation to layer lines. Printed samples out of PETG and took considerable force to…
I was recently shipped a box of Rokenbok parts to model. I never really understood Rok Jr when it came out. No one asked for my opinion though... This is for the Jr specific dispensing tab support columns. There are 6 models to choose…
My toddler has done some rigorous testing with these track mounts. He wasn't able to give a written or verbal review of what he thought due to only knowing a few words. But he keeps playing with this track and sometimes actions speak…
Rokenbok XL Barrel. This is simply an upscaled Rokenbok barrel to fit blue Roks. No supports are needed if printed standing up.
I wanted a Rokenbok start ramp that could be half snapped, so I created one with my BV2 modified snap. It has also been "print optimized." Auto normal supports should make printing a breeze. Additionally I made a narrower version. This…
Whether or not you like the Rok Jr set, it did bring some neat new parts to the ecosystem. Kinda. The Rok Jr support columns seem super cool, until you discover that they can only assemble into their respective Rok Jr set components.…
The Rokenbok quarry is iconic (to me at least), but I have envisioned some improvements to allow it to be used in even more situations. The stock lid/ramp only really works flat on the ground floor. I've devised a replacement ramp that…
It's the base plate for the Rok Jr dispenser. The Rok Jr support columns snap into it. Next up are the top pieces, dispenser tabs, and the special conveyor chutes, and then you can print your own set.
The Soup Bowl, as a certain Rokenbokker would say. This thing primarily goes under the Rokenbok Water Tower, but can be used just about anywhere if you are brave enough. Prints in two pieces: The main bowl and the snap. The main bowl…
These pieces are oddly named, they are the lift tracks used in Rokenbok for the Roklift (bin dumping elevator thing) and RC vehicle Elevator. Included are two models based on existing parts and one novel modification. Rack Base is for RC…
You will need: 1 Frame 4 Lenses 4 Shades 2 Leds, one red and one green. I used 3mm through hole leds. any that will fit will work. 2 resistors of proper value for your planned supply. I was planning on using ~5v, so I used a 1k resistor…
NOTE: This has not been printed or tested yet. Recommend using build plate supports for the clip portion, the rest should not need them.
This is a replacement for the Rokenbok Action Sorter chute piece that comes off the side of the sorter and has two chutes, one for Red Roks and one for Blue Roks. This isn't an exact replica of the original, the chutes do not have the…
This is a replacement for the Rokenbok Action Sorter tab that goes on either of the two chutes that dispense the red or blue Roks. Both tabs are the same, so this can be used for either one, or both. Can be rotated to sit flat on the…
