I made this model so I can mount a BTT u2C to my klipperized Anycubic Chiron. This will work with just about anything, though. I now have it installed on the Chiron, a modified VzBot, a ratrig Vcore 3.1, and a Voron 2.4. It uses 2 screws…

U2C mounts underneath and between the two A & B motors, right where the LDO Picobilical UMB was previously. If your USB cable that connects to the U2C has a long head, you may need to use a 90 degree adaptor or cable.

Edit 1: snap-fit is not good right now, sorry for that. I'll try to learn a better design. Cad files are available for contribution. Snap-Fit case for BTT U2C I printed it in PETG using a 0.4 nozzle, 0.2 layer height, 15% infill, 4 wall…
I used this model to create a mounting bracket since BTT didnt have one on their github. This is only for the U2C 1.0 and 2.0. The 1.1 and 2.1 have additional connectors you would have to model in order to make a case.
see description. print in ABS/ASA/PETG, PLA on the clamps in good or better limited use
I added snap-lock tabs to hold the two pieces of the case by @PedroBraz_1666913 together better
For those of you who will plan to move to some CAN board, you would probably need U2C or some other USB to CAN adapter, this is a simple mount for he BTT U2C on SV08. Printed in ABS, but PETG or even PLA should suffice, it is not too hot…
Remix of the great yet simple mount from Tom. Added heatset insert holes on the bottom side of the mounting plate.
Needed to add a mount for my Voron that was easy to mount anywhere on the side. This can be placed anywhere on the side extrusion. I added the STEP file so anyone can adjust the length. Mount U2C with (4) 6x3mm screws and (2) 8x3mm screws…
Needs an M3 button head screw, an M3 heatset insert into the tower, and zip ties. Mirror the strain relief tower if you want to use the molex microfit instead of the white minifit.

This is a short lower bay tray for the OmniBox to mount a BTT U2C (USB to CAN) board. Intended to be used in the middle bays with the extended tab towards the rear. Because of the green terminal block on the one end, you may find that you…
This is a mount for the M4P in the Switchwire. It's REALLY tight. You need 90º USB adapters to use the USB ports on the M4P, but this blocks the Ethernet port. Installation: I also added a mount for an 8010 fan to cool the steppers, this…
I was looking for a plate that not only would let me pass the CAN cable to the toolhead but also had passes for extra chamber stuff like LEDs and sensors. Since I didn't quite liked anything I made some right here. What you can choose…
Now, the mainboard chassis for the OEM Kobra Neo mainboard does not fit an SKR Mini E3 V3, let alone adding the EBB42 to the same area. Side note: I have the EBB42 down in the mainboard chassis for now and not mounted on the printhead,…
Was building another E3Pro and needed a spot to mount the U2C I was using. Added a USB-C port and mounting for U2C.
Please use the same brackets from mmuellerphoto like the original model.
I made the poles beefy and can handle a lot of mangling, Plus a PG7 Connector. I'll update if it doesn't fit the connector. *I've printed the Tall/Non-Short One & It has a huge gap to run a cable vs. the Short might not Make sure to…
Added a hole to affix a PG7 cable gland, lengthened and filleted the heatsert points to avoid interference with the U2C cable, and removed the border. Also added cutouts for RGB stick wires etc. Apologies for somewhat brutalising the CAD!
There are 2 versions available; Short and Long. Depends on the space available between the BTT U2C board and the printer's side panels. Also, included an easily printable spacers to include between the boards and the rail mount.
All you will need is: x4 Voron standard heat set inserts x4 M3 30mm 2x M3 Tnuts 2x M3x8
This is a remix of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4536022, modified specifically for use with a BTT (BigTreeTech) U2C Canbus board as the stock creality breakout boards have failed on my printer. (printables won't let me use the remix…
I designed two custom 3D‑printable enclosures for the BigTreeTech U2C CANbus converter, available in both small and large form factors. The goal was to create clean, functional housings that improve cable management, protect the board,…
I wanted this case for my Ender 3 Pro and couldn't find one for the Raspberry Pi 3B. This model adjusts for that, has better screw and printing geometry. I also added a version with Wago bar mounts that I changed for my use.
designed for 1515mm alu extrusion.
A little holder that goes in the hex pattern of the voron skirts (modeled and tested on the TinyT version) and has two prongs spaced for the dual USB port on the BTT U2C (USB to CAN adapter) to hold it if you do not have better hard…
Remix of TeachingTech left Raspberry enclosure with additional U2C and WAGO ( kl4appdrachen ) mounts. You should use 25cm right angle USB cable to connect U2C to main Raspberry board.
Got tired of cables that bending of the connectors from Molex Micro 3.0 on my Voron 0 with EBB36 Canbus. Here is a stabilizer for BTT U2C v2.1 to solve the problem. Can use a extra zipties if the connector (Molex 4-pins) tries to slide of…

A mount for the Raspberry Pi, BTT SKR 1.2 Pro, BTT U2C, 2 fan mount that can be put on Din rails or any other surface use M3x5.7 inserts 2 5010 fans
Using these DIN rail mounts , this lets you mount a BigtreeTech U2C board horizontally. This model uses M3 brass heat inserts. 4.6 OD should work fine.
Designed to “work” with my MKS Pi mount . Well that isn't to say that it won't work without it, but I have designed it to sit flush with the stock electronics enclosure aluminum cover when the aforementioned Pi mount is in place, which…
U2C mounts underneath and between the two A & B motors, right where the LDO Picobilical UMB was previously. If your USB cable that connects to the U2C has a long head, you may need to use a 90 degree adaptor or cable.
