This 3D printable case is designed for the WisBlock Base Board (RAK5005-O) and is fully compatible with both Gen 1 and Gen 2.
✅ Features:
- Mounts with 4 standard screws included with the board
- Cutouts for USB, LED indicators, and SMA connector for LoRa antenna
- Snap-in slot for GPS antenna
- Space for onboard temperature sensor and buzzer
- Ventilation holes on top and bottom for passive airflow
- Snap-fit top lid with cutout for battery or solar panel connector
- Flat top surface for custom branding (embossed text, sticker, or logo)
📌 Embossed GPS Symbol:
An embossed GPS icon is integrated into the lower section near the GPS slot. It's 0.4 mm deep and can be highlighted by changing filament at layer 3 (for 0.2 mm layer height).
🛠 Recommended print settings:
- Nozzle: 0.4 mm
- Layer height: 0.2 mm
- 3 walls/perimeters
- At least 3 top and bottom layers
- Infill is not critical – choose as needed
- No supports
📌 Not waterproof – intended protected outdoor use.
