English: This is a drop-down target for pinball machines. With standard microswitches for counting functions and status. Easy to assemble, clean working file for DIY projects.

I have built in a micro servo, which resets super easy with an Arduino via the PWM interface. In my case, I set 0° as the “zero point” reference and 68° as the path for the reset. This works perfectly.

Important! When installing the servo, it must first be connected to the Arduino “without” the lever so that it moves to the zero point. Only then mount the lever or all levers. Screw any number of targets in parallel. See pictures.

By the way: Chat GPT simply writes the perfect sketch here without any programming knowledge. I only activate the servo once for 0.5 seconds for the reset. Fits.

Also good to know: You ONLY need 1x PWM output for all 3 or 4 servos. The PWM signal can switch ALL servos in parallel. Only plus and minus must be connected, servos can draw 300 - 400mA current. Test.

These “baskets” are suitable for 15mm wooden plates (0.59 inch). I will also provide a variant for 12 and 18mm (0.47 inch + 0.71 inch).

The switches are common microswitches, Amazon link below. In addition, 2-3 hooks are attached, in case someone wants to work with springs instead of rubber rings.

What else is important/different: I made a mistake when cutting it out. That's why the gap was 10mm wider. As a solution to close the gap, I installed a transparent LED bar that can be used with LEDs. 3x red, 3x green... as desired. Or without LEDs and cut out correctly. Template is included in the files. You can do this, but it is optional.

The microswitch can switch the plus 5V as Input for Points to the Arduino AND IN ADDITION! to the LEDs. So here too, plus 5V is simply switched to the LED with a series resistor of 120 ohms, directly from the microswitch. Totally simple!

I printed it with PLA-CF (link) for high strength, the LED bar from phosphorescent (phosphorescent) and translucent PLA (link below).

The template now fits.
