Adapters to build a multifunction arm of any length from 20x10x2 mm aluminum rectangular tubes or included printed tubes. For small Multifuntion Arm Mounting System.
Also included is a tube with 90 degree rotated connectors which eliminates the need for an additional adapter in some setups.
Assembly
Cut aluminum tubes or scale included tubes in slicer to desired length (x-axis only, based on 100 mm length).
The torque of the screws should be sufficient for light-duty applications. For heavier setups, applying a small amount of superglue to the contact surfaces will help.
Printing
Tested with PETG
4+ perimeters/walls, any layer height
Print in given orientation without supports
When printing the optional tubes > check orientation of bridges > should be perpendicular to the tube's orientation > adjust bridging angle if not correct (happened in Bambu Studio, Prusa Slicer worked correctly)
