This desktop air filter design utilizes four 120mm x 120mm x 25mm computer fans to suck in air that passes through two HEPA filters.
You will need:
- A minimum 200mm x 200mm build plate
- 8 M5x10 PC Fan Screws
- About 1kg of filament at 15% infill
- 4 120mm x 25mm fans
- 2 Roomba HEPA filters or other filter media
- PC Fan Hub Splitter
- 5-volt to 12-volt Step-Up USB Adapter

- Fan Joints x8
- Filter Frame
- Deflector
- Case Bottom
- Case Top
- Case Base
- Case Cap
- Pegs for Case Cap x4
- Fan covers x4
Optional Parts:
- Case Riser
- Non-HEPA Filter Frame if you want to use custom filter media like charcoal sheet
- Blanking plate if you want to use less than four fans
- Super Glue
- Couple of zip ties for wiring
