Upgrade your front suspension setup with this clean, rock-solid bolt-on fender adapter designed specifically for SR Suntour 34 forks. It completely eliminates the need for messy plastic zip-ties, giving you a clean, factory-integrated look.
This model replaces standard zip-ties by using three hidden bolts and custom printable retention clips that push directly through the mudguard body.
Tested and designed around the popular "MUCKY NUTZ" mudguard (long version), but it can be adapted to other flexible plastic fenders.
Required Hardware:
1x M6 x 16mm bolt (for the fork arch center)
2x M4 x 12mm bolts (for the side mounts)
Files Included:
Main suspension fork arch mount.
Printable push-through locking clips.
A custom 0.1mm alignment template to help you mark and drill the perfect hole locations on your Mucky Nutz fender.
Installation Tips:
Drill alignment: If using a different mudguard, mount the printed adapter using just the single top M6 bolt first. This lets you align the plastic fender manually to mark where to drill your side holes. Take your time to align it perfectly!
Clip fitment: The printable retention clips may need a light, quick sanding to clean up any printing artifacts before being pushed through the mudguard slots into the main mount.
Recommended Print Settings:
Main Fork Mount: Printed in Nylon or a highly impact-resistant filament for trail durability. 4 to 6 walls, no supports needed.
Retention Clips: Printed on their side in PCTG or PETG to give the locking clips maximum flexibility and strength.
Templates: Print at 0.1mm layer height for precision alignment.
