A set of adapters to attach threadboards to 1010 aluminum extrusions, and to attach the 1010 extrusions to walls.
Recommended print settings:
- PETG or PLA
- 3+ perimeters
- .4mm+ nozzle size
- .3mm layer height
- 20% gyroid infill
Fasteners used:
- ¼" lag bolts & washer to attach the brackets to the studs
- ¼"-20 x ½" & washer(s) to attach the brackets to the 1010 extrusion
- ¼"-20 x ½" countersunk bolts to attach the threadboard adapter to the 1010 extrusion
- All T-nuts are ¼"-20 single or double, as needed
- #8-32 nuts in the threadboard adapters
- #8-32 x 1" countersunk bolts to attach the threadboard to the threadboard adapters (I use the 8mm wall mount screw)
The alignment tool is just used to align the top or bottom stud bracket with the opposite side to make installation a little bit quicker (print settings don't matter for this part)
