This is a Remix of the Brush gear design by bonz099 for the Ecovacs DEEBOT R98/R95 vacuum robot. Since in 3D Printing we don't have to deal with constant wall thickness like in injection molding there is no reason for the grooves on both…

Poi…

As this door cover as broken a couple of times when using only a thin sheet of hard plastic (less than 1 mm) and cut out the shape from the original, I made this 3D-model to easily print one when needed. I recommend to play with the…
This is a simple wall clip for a Ecovacs Deebot Robovac. There are 2 designs, use V2 if you're going to be using a weaker material. I've included the 3D DWG files if you want to edit them to your liking. Any print settings would suffice.…

DEEBOT OZMO 900 Latch fix The latch on my dust container broke, so I made this replacement part. It was crafted quickly using OpenSCAD, so you'll need to file a small bump on the side before securing it in place using CA glue. It's…
Super quick print, my PLA prototype meshes perfectly. Waiting on some PA-12 to arrive to make the final one and button it back up. My prototype was with a .4mm nozzle and .1mm layers, and that seems good enough. Hopefully it holds up…

Gear for the the main brush gearbox of an Ecovacs Deebot 900. See photos, the Gearbox has multiple gears. I printed mine with a 0.25mm Nozzle in PETG and it worked fine. I dont know how it would turn out with a 0.4mm or 0.6mm nozzle.
This is a replacement and upgraded (lengthened) drive key for the brush head of a Deebot M88 robotic vacuum. You may have to tweak the size to get it to fit since it is so small. Print slowly. I have included the Solidworks file so it can…
A holder for your remote. I have one of those high sockets on the wall where I plug my vacuum bot. Since I'm always losing the remote for it, a good place to store it would be hanging in the socket. Of course you can hang it somewhere…
